we prepare the actual budget before start the project to control the cost of the project. and, we control the cost according to this budget to keep the target profit. however, in case that the proplem occurred, the profit will fall short our target

They are so-called financial risks which may mainly include:

1. Client/payment from Client.
2. Foreign currencies.
3. Inflation
4. Sub-contractors
5. Local taxes
6. Local politics, stability, transparency
7. Guarantees
8. Local agents
