B.I. FIRE FIGHTING METHOD-SAFETY-INSURANCE - ENVIRONMENTAL HYGIENNE SAFETY FOR SURROUNDING WORK
B.I.1.GENERAL EXPLANATION
Fire fighting method, Safety- Insurance –Environmental hygiene, Safety for surrounding works is the leading objective of contractor in execution. To guarantee requirement of investor, contractor will execute these steps:
B.I.2. SAFETY-INSURANCE FOR WORKER, RISK OF CONTRACTOR
* Separate work site with surrounding site by fence B40.Entrance have lock .People that are not concerning about the work are not allowed to go into.
* There is signpost in construction site
* There regulation table to note working hour
* There is safety network from company to construction team
* Workers are trained regulations, safety methods and equipped safety equipments
* There are safety equipments when connecting or combining
* From the date of starting work to maintenance, contractor buys insurance for workers, materials, equipments, risk insurance for contractor
* In stairwell, lobby, floor, ceiling…there are temporary handrail system to cover and signpost
* Stretch guard-net B40 when executing secondary floor. Its width is 3m and carried by U400 column. We always have enough equipment to cover
* Check strict and conduct to take over
* Prohibit smoking, drinking while working
* Workers have heath certificates
* B40 guard- net is stretched to prevent pollution, dust…
* Under ground electricity systems
* Equipments are checked in periodically
* Check and supervise workers regularly
* There are medical staffs in work
B.I.3 SAFETY FOR EQUIPMENTS AND MATERIALS
- Control materials .Avoid putting materials on the transport road
- Cover and protect materials and equipments carefully
- Check machines and safety systems before using
- Arrange fire fighting equipments like water, fire-extinguisher, CO2 in inflammable places
- Check all equipments before using
B.I.4. SECURITY
- Workers must sign labor contract before executing in construction work. They must
have clear resume and experience in company. Avoid employing labors that do not have resume
- There is entrance.
- There are entrance card for labors
- Avoid breaking the law, company commits to co-ordinate with local security to execute
B.I.5. ENVIRONMENTAL SANITATION
- All transport means are covered; avoid dust, pollution for surrounding environment. -- Clean them before leaving the environment
- Avoid cutting trees
- Limit noise .Gather materials while there are little people
- Distribute a team to clean
- Contractor and investor repair damage in case of flood, earthquake
B.I.6.Fire, earthquake, flood and storm preventing method
- All of employees working in construction must be trained to have enough knowledge about preventing fire. All employees have the same action against fire. Safeguard is also a fireman.
- Have sign about forbidding fire. At construction, beside water container, it must have pump, rubber pipe 50, stair and other tools. Arrange CO2 pot, sand bucket, water container in dangerous position.
- Electricity transport wire has enough capacity and right uses. Don’t use additional charge
- Need a periodic check and have comments timely.
- Set up and train preventing team. Register address to nearest fighting office. Set up regulation about fire preventing.
- Check regularly fighting fire tools such as: bamboo ladder, pump, bucket….
- Set up temporary thunder protection system when construction is executed.
B.II. SAFETY FOR SURROUNDING WORK
Contractor survey the plan before starting. Placing surrounding works, underground works
Base on practical plan, contractor makes sure that execution procedure does not affect to works, activities. Contractor contact with investor to solve problems
+ Contractor hangs guard-net to cover and prevent surrounding works from dust, noise
+ Clean regularly, reduce noise in execution
