Đến nay chúng tôi đã cơ bản hoàn thành 80% khối lượng công việc. Đến ngày y/y/y, trên công trường đã xảy ra một việc rất đáng tiếc làm sạt lở hư hỏng toàn bộ mái taluy dương.
Our company has received the order for excution of Manufacture Factory site plan from the Employer. We have started the construction right after receiving this order on date x/x/x. Up to this time, We have completed almost 80% of the amount of work. Unfortunately, to y/y/y, a breakdown has blown off and depraved the whole positive talus on site.

We would like to assert that we have excuted the work in accordance with levels, dimensions and slopes as design documents shown.

In our responsibilities, We request kindly that the Employer could consider to choose one of the following solutions:
Phương an1: giữ nguyên hiện trạng bị sạt lở, thi công thêm hệ tường chắn (có bản vẽ kèm theo)
Alternative 1: Remain the actual blown off state, construct further the system of retaining wall (drawings attached)
Phương án 2: Giảm độ dốc mái taluy và gia cố bằng rãnh đỉnh và máng thu nước (có bản vẽ kèm theo)
Alternative 2: Reduce the slope of talus and consolidate by peak ditches and drain troughs (Drawings attached)

Our company has implemented the contract for factory plan construction after receiving this contract from employer since x/x/x. Basically, we have completed 80% of the total works up to now. But there was a unfortunate accident happened on y/y/y, the landslides damaged all positive talus on the site.
We would like to confirm with employer and design consultant that the slopes were carried out in accordance with all levels, dimensions and gradient as specified in the approved documents.
In our responsibilities, We would like to suggest two solutions to ensure the safety of project for your choice and approval as follows:
Alternative 1: Keep existing landslides and construct new system of retaining wall(refer to attached drawings)
Alternative 2: Reduce gradient of the talus and improve the talus by constructing the top and downspout drainages(refer to attached drawings)

Our company received the order on site preparation works for the factory construction project from the Client. The works were commenced upon receiving the order on x/x/x. At present, almost 80% of the works have been completed. On y/y/y, unfortunate incident happened on the site and caused serious soil sliding to the entire positive slopes of the site. We hereby affirm with the Client that the works on slope cutting have been executed by us in strict conformity with the elevation, dimensions and slope gradient as per the design document.

In order to assure the safety for the proposed project, as a responsible contractor, we would like the Client to consider and select one of the following options:

Option 1: to keep the existing sliding situation as it is and to install additional retaining wall system (as per attached drawing).

Option 2: To reduce gradient of the slope and to improve the slope by constructing a top drainage trench and water collecting gutter (as per attached drawing).

It is confirmed that slope grading was carried out in conformity with the elevation, dimension and incline instructed by the Employer's design.

For purpose of the work safety, the two following optional solutions are proposed for your consideration and approval:

Option 1: To keep the landslide in existing condition and construct an additional retaining wall system (drawings are attached)

Option 2: To decrease the slope incline and improve the slope with a top drainage trench and a collecting gutter (drawings are attached)
