Thi công cột bị lệch tim như trong ảnh này xử lý như nào?

Câu hỏi: Em mới ra trường thì được cử ra đảo giám sát. Tới nơi thì thấy người tà làm cột bị lệch tim như thế này, công trình 4 tầng. Khi hỏi thì họ bảo do nhà thầu trước đã làm sai từ móng rồi bây giờ họ chỉnh lại để phù hợp với kích thước các phòng theo bản vẽ (xây khách sạn ạ). Bây giờ xử lí như thế nào ạ? Có ảnh hưởng nhiều đến kết cấu không? Nếu cho phép lệch thì độ lệch cho phép là bao nhiêu? Quy định ở tiêu chuẩn nào?
