Đơn giản nhất là bạn điền tên gói thầu vào, ghi rõ thời gian bắt đầu thực hiện và bàn giao sản phẩm.
Ô bên cạnh ghi rõ giá trị gói thầu đề xuất.
Thông tư cũng chẳng yêu cầu phải phân tích giá gói thầu nên công việc quá dễ rồi còn gì
